While looking into ways to integrate Houdini into the DA process for visualising big data, we discovered Ytini. We are still looking into implementing this into our current workflow, Ytini will allow users to process their visualisations much smoother and can integrate fairly easily into Houdini. For more work done by the Houdini crew we recommend their Scientific Visualisation tutorial, which we have completed and found very helpful in getting started with this approach in Houdini.
