On 5 July 2022, renowned journalist, researcher, commentator and best-selling author Professor Anne Summer AO launched a new report: The Choice: violence or poverty.
The report explores (over 100 pages) the consequences of domestic violence in Australia and the decisions victims are forced to make.
Newly-appointed UTS Business School Professor delivered key findings from the report through an immersive, 360º presentation in the Data Arena. The hybrid format connected an intimate in-person audience with a virtual online meeting, streaming two-way video and audio.
The Data Arena hosted a wide-format slide deck designed by visual artist and designer Libby Blainey. Bold typography & graphics on the large display drew attention to the report's key-findings and alarming statistics.
